Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 69 words
A method of producing a ceramic article by injection molding comprising the steps of: injecting a raw composition including an organic binder and ceramic material in which the binder comprises 8 to 30 parts by weight of atactic polypropylene based on 100 parts by weight of said ceramic material, to produce a raw molded article and, heating said raw article so that said binder is thermally decomposed and evaporated.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 69 words
A method of producing a ceramic article by injection molding comprising the steps of: injecting a raw composition including an organic binder and ceramic material in which the binder comprises 8 to 30 parts by weight of atactic polypropylene based on 100 parts by weight of said ceramic material, to produce a raw molded article and, heating said raw article so that said binder is thermally decomposed and evaporated.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 18 words
A method according to claim 1 wherein the molecular weight of said atactic polypropylene is 5000 to 120,000.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 28 words
A method according to claim 2 wherein said binder further includes 3 to 15 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin other than said atactic polypropylene.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 26 words
A method according to claim 2 wherein said binder further includes up to 10 parts by weight of at least one of plasticizer and a lubricant.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 25 words
A method according to claim 3 wherein said binder further includes up to 10 parts by weight of at least one of plasticizers and lubricants.
