Abstract A bond used in the manufacture of abrasive tools containing 3 - 75 wt. -% of copper, 15 - 90 wt.-% of chromium chloride; 0.01 - 10 wt.-% of a metal selected from the group including titanium, vanadium, chromium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, tungsten; 1 - 30 wt.-% of a low-melting metal; 2 - 30 wt.-% of the metal belonging to the iron subgroup of VIII group of the periodic chart.
