Abstract
Abstract Disclosed is a low viscosity flame retardant comprising a mixture of 2,3-dibromopropanol and tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphates. The low viscosity flame retardants of this invention have special utility in both rigid and flexible polyurethane polymers.
