Abstract

Abstract A composite laminate structure is provided which is suitable for use as a fuser blanket in copiers or reproducers which are based on heat fixing of images on receptor surfaces. The structure is comprised of a dimensionally stable, heat conductive substrate having bonded to one surface thereof a thin, resiliently compressible layer of a fluorinated elastomeric polymer and an outer layer bonded thereto of a thin, resiliently compressible silicone elastomer.
