Abstract
Abstract A dry beverage mix and process for preparing same which contains phosphoric acid in a dry, stable form. The dry beverage mixes of the present invention rapidly dissolve in an aqueous solution which may be carbonated to form colas, root beers, sarsaparillas or any other beverage which contains phosphoric acid as a flavoring ingredient and acidulent.
