Abstract
Abstract A device for making a culture of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) requiring organisms has an elongated member supporting a culture medium in a container having an open end which is adapted to be closed by sealing means. A CO 2 tablet is secured to the elongated member between the culture medium and the open end of the container.
