Abstract Imidazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives of formula I ##EQU1## wherein R 1 and R 2 each independently represent hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 3 -alkyl, nitro, C 1 -C 3 -haloalkyl or C 1 -C 3 -alkoxy, R 3 represents hydrogen, halogen or methyl, and R 4 and R 5 each independently represent hydrogen or C 1 -C 3 -alkyl, whereby if one of the symbols R 1 , R 2 or R 3 is hydrogen the two others cannot simultaneously be halogen atoms in the meta-position with respect to the amino group which are usful as pesticides.
