Abstract
Abstract Various foods and feeds can be fortified by incorporation therein of a methionine source selected from glycyl-D,L-methionine, glycyl-L-methionine, D,L-methionylglycine, and L-methionylglycine. These methionine sources are stable to storage under normal conditions, yet can be broken down in animal organisms to utilizable methionine.
