Abstract
Abstract Allophanimidates and carbamates of the formulas ##EQU1## where R 1 is hydrogen or alkyl; R 2 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, benzyl or phenyl optionally substituted; R 3 is SR 4 or OR 4 ; R 4 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl, or benzyl; R 5 is alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, benzyl or phenyl optionally substituted; and R 6 is hydrogen or alkyl X 1 , x 2 and X 3 are oxygen or sulfur, Are useful as herbicides. Exemplary of the compounds is methyl 4-tert-butyl-N-methoxycarbonyl-1-thioallophanimidate.
