Abstract
Abstract As an absorbent for chlorine, heavy metals or heavy metallic compounds, a resin prepared by reacting polyisocyanate with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of polyols and functional monomers which have at least 2 active hydrogen atoms and at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of ##EQU1## >NH and --N=, such that the ratio of the total active hydrogen atom number in the polyol and functional monomer to the total isocyanate group number in the polyisocyanate is 0.8 to 5.0.
