Abstract
Abstract Process of fixing peptide-type compounds to a carrier by reacting a cyanide compound and a reagent containing positive halogen with a polyhydroxy compound in an alkaline medium, removing low molecular components from the resultant reaction mixture, reacting the cross-linked activated product thus obtained with a water-soluble amino compound capable of substitution on at least one basic nitrogen atom, and subjecting the reaction mixture to dialysis or filtration.
