Abstract

Abstract A polymer that is substituted by pendant triazinyl groups of the formula: WHERE X represents a radical capable of reacting with a biologically active substance, and Y represents a halogen atom, or a nucleophilic group that is an amino group, or an aliphatic or aromatic group, and also by a further substituent group which has a positive charge when the polymer is in contact with a solution having a pH in the normal biological range.
