Claim 3
Dependent Claim 28 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that 0.75 to 3 parts by weight of the nitrobenzene are used per part by weight of the polymerisable reagents.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 13 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that the solvent is nitrobenzene.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 16 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that the polymerisation is carried out at 100°-140°C.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 25 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that a small molar excess of the reagent of formula X.SO 2 --Ar--SO 2 .X is used.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 39 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that the catalyst is antimony pentachloride employed at not less than 0.5 mole per 100 moles of the polymerisable reagents and not more than 5 by weight of the polymerisable reagents.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 39 words
A process according to claim 1, characterised in that the catalyst is ferric chloride employed at not less than 0.25 mole per 100 moles of the polymerisable reagents and not more than 5 by weight of the polymerisable reagents.
Claim 9
