Abstract O-pyrazolopyrimidine-(thiono)-phosphoric (phosphonic) acid esters of the formula ##SPC1## In which R 1 is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 2 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or phenyl, R 3 is hydrogen, chlorine or bromine, and X denotes oxygen or sulfur, which possess insecticidal and acaricidal properties.
