Abstract
Abstract Screening apparatus includes a screen deck formed from a plurality of elongated spaced-apart parallel rods supported at their opposite end portions and at a plurality of longitudinally spaced intermediate locations by transverse elastomeric strips having holes snugly receiving the rods. An oversize screen deck having breaker means for breaking oversize particles may also be provided. Such breaker means may include a movable breaker device positioned in an upwardly facing pocket formed by bending the oversize screen deck rods into U-shaped bend portions adjacent their outer ends.
