Abstract
Abstract This invention is a rotary internal-combustion engine in which a piston can reciprocate in a cylinder, and the reciprocation is translated into rotational movement by cams respectively on the piston and the stator casing; lateral loads are not transmitted from the piston to the cylinder to provide the output torque because the piston is mounted to slide on a guide or spoke which is itself fast with the output shaft.
