Abstract
Abstract A transfer means picks up an element from one platform and transfers it to another, the transfer means also including a working tool, such as a heating rod to weld the element to a substrate after it has been transferred through the application of heat and pressure. The second platform includes means to adjust the element in relation to the heating rod such that the pressure asserted by the heating rod will be equally distributed to the element.
