Abstract
Abstract A conductor insulated with a composition of wood pulp and polypropylene or polyethylene fibers is found to exhibit enhanced properties. As compared to wood pulp alone, dissipation factor and dielectric constant are substantially reduced in magnitude and variability, particularly at high frequencies.
