Abstract
Abstract Solder pastes capable of reflow after exposure to even high temperatures, comprising metal solder particles dispersed in a vehicle of dimers, trimers, and/or tetramers of unsaturated fatty acids having 14-20 carbon atoms. A wax may be present in the vehicle. The pastes are useful for soldering electronic components.
