Abstract
Abstract An insecticidal composition in the form of fumigant which comprises, as an active ingredient, dl-2-allyl-3-methylcyclopent-2-ene-1-one-4-yl d-trans-chrysanthemate consisting of dl-allethrolone and d-trans-chrysanthemic acid, and an inert carrier, which has a rapid knock down effect and an effect to delay the recovery of injurious insects knocked down, and which is useful for sanitary, agricultural and horicultural purposes.
