Abstract
Abstract wherein R1 denotes hydrogen or methyl, R2 denotes an aliphatic or alicyclic or aromatic polyhydric alcohol residue which can be substituted with halogen or -OH or contain an -O- bond and a compound containing acrylic group or methacrylic group in the molecule and, if desired, a small quantity of water and/or polyhydric alcohol and/or amine. An anaerobic bonding agent which is prepared by adding a small quantity of organic peroxide to a mixture of a polyvalent metal salt of a compound represented by the following formula:
