Abstract

Abstract A method for casting liquid resinous material containing essentially immiscible, reactive constituents which involves mixing/reacting said material to produce a liquid, substantially homogeneous mass containing a predominance of partially reacted reactive constituents and casting said resinous material before the minimum time for complete reaction of a substantial portion of said constituents. The method is particularly useful for casting polyurethane-type resinous materials between a pair of rigid, transparent sheets to provude an essentially striae-free laminated window structure.
