Abstract
Abstract A voltage power supply for switching incremental voltages into and out of the circuit. The power supply includes a plurality of serially connected switch elements having series and parallel arms, one of the arms of each switch element being on and the other off, the arms being controlled by a logically controlled switching circuit. Each arm includes a plurality of serially connected semiconductor devices with a resistor across the emitter-collector circuit of each semiconductor device, the semiconductors being controlled by a transformer having plural secondary windings, each of the secondary windings controlling a different semiconductor in one arm.
