Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 14
Claim 1
Independent Claim 82 words
A holder for an ammunition loader comprising: an open sided enclosure of a size and a configuration adapted to receive and at least partly surround an ammunition loader within the confines of said enclosure; an engagable bracket member disposed within said enclosure and extending toward the open side thereof, said bracket member being positioned to securely receive the loader to permit the loader to be easily and quickly released; and means to attach said holder to clothing accessories worn by an individual.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 82 words
A holder for an ammunition loader comprising: an open sided enclosure of a size and a configuration adapted to receive and at least partly surround an ammunition loader within the confines of said enclosure; an engagable bracket member disposed within said enclosure and extending toward the open side thereof, said bracket member being positioned to securely receive the loader to permit the loader to be easily and quickly released; and means to attach said holder to clothing accessories worn by an individual.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 16 words
The holder of claim 1 configured to receive two bracket members to hold two ammunition loaders.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 37 words
The holder of claim 1 further including a flexible cover for covering at least part of the open side of said enclosure and having an elastic component to assist in securing an ammunition loader within said holder.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 41 words
The holder of claim 1 further including a hinged cover configured to cover the open side of said enclosure when in a closed position and to be rotatable to an open position which avoids interference with the release of the loader.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 22 words
The holder of claim 1 wherein the means to attach said holder comprises a belt slide loop integral to said open-sided enclosure.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 71 words
The holder of claim 1, wherein said bracket member comprises a pronged arm having two prongs extending perpendicularly from one side of said open-sided enclosure, further including an ammunition loader having a flat spring member, a base portion and a spacer element disposed between said spring member and said base portion, said spacer element being receivable between said prongs whereby said flat spring member clamps said loader to said bracket member.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 20 words
The holder of claim 6 wherein the tips of said pronged arm are beveled to better receive said ammunition loader.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 49 words
The ammunition loader of claim 6 further including additional securement means comprising an aperture in said bracket member positioned to receive a teat in said flat spring member of said loader, said teat being designed to engage said aperture when said ammunition loader is clamped on said bracket member.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 87 words
In combination: a revolver loader and holder in which the improvement comprises means of securing said loader within said holder in a readily accessible manner, said holder being constructed to form a partial enclosure with an opening therein and having a bracket member secured within said enclosure to receive said revolver loader, said revolver loader having a base portion and a spring member spaced therefrom to enable securement of said revolver loader by clamping action of said spring member and said base portion on said bracket member.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 87 words
In combination: a revolver loader and holder in which the improvement comprises means of securing said loader within said holder in a readily accessible manner, said holder being constructed to form a partial enclosure with an opening therein and having a bracket member secured within said enclosure to receive said revolver loader, said revolver loader having a base portion and a spring member spaced therefrom to enable securement of said revolver loader by clamping action of said spring member and said base portion on said bracket member.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 68 words
The combination revolver loader and holder of claim 9 wherein said bracket member of said holder has two prongs spaced from one another and said spring member of said loader is flat and spaced from said base portion of said loader by a spacer element which is receivable between said prongs whereby spring member and said base portion of said loader exert clamping action on said bracket member.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 28 words
The combination revolver loader and holder of claim 9 including an adjustable cover element to cover said loader when secured at least partly with respect to said holder.
Claim 14
Dependent Claim 29 words
The combination revolver loader and holder of claim 11 wherein said cover engages at least a part of said loader to assist in securing said loader within said holder.
