Abstract
Abstract Flame retardants for polyolefins comprising a mixture of (a) 220 percent of brominated organic compounds and (b) 2-9 percent antimony trioxide by weight based on the polyolefin, the brominated organic compounds containing aliphatically as well as aromatically bound bromine atoms in the same molecule, such as Beta -bromoethyl-4-bromobenzene.
