Abstract
Abstract A composite structure of alternating sheets of glass cloth and organic paper or cloth both impregnated with an organic resin is disclosed. A high speed bobbin is also disclosed where a cylinder of the composite structure has an outer coating or organic fiber reinforced resin. Preferably, the bobbin has a four-layered structure. The outside external layer is organic paper or cloth reinforced resin and the inside external layer is phenolic resin impregnated paper or cloth. The two internal layers are the composite structure and phenolic resin impregnated paper or cloth.
