Abstract

Abstract In a switching circuit for connecting a d.c. source to a load such as an amplifier or the like, a transistor is interconnected between the source and the load and the base of the transistor is biased by a circuit including a switch and a resistor connected from the source to the base, and a capacitor connected from the base to ground, so that the voltage at the load increases gradually after the switch is closed.
