Abstract AND THEIR THERAPEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE ACID ADDITION SALTS, WHEREIN R1 is a member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl, R2 is a member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkali metal, alkyl containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, alkyl substituted with hydroxyl and containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, benzyl and benzyl substituted with halogen, and n is 0 to 1.
