Abstract Described herein is a smoking device comprised essentially of a chamber for maintaining a volume of fluid, a first cylindrical member having two open ends, one of said ends being inserted into the chamber and extending into the fluid. A second substantially cylindrical member, also having two open ends, is inserted at an angle through an opening in the wall of the first cylinder and into the chamber so as to also extend into the fluid. The chamber has an opening provided with a sealing member which surrounds and is in contact with both cylinders adjacent to the opening in the first cylinder wall. A bowl is connected to the first cylindrical member and is adapted to retain the smoking constituents. The smoking bowl is reversible and is provided with two independent smoking compartments of different sizes. Both smoking compartments are provided with the same diameter such that they each fit over the open end of said first cylindrical member. An orifice, connecting the first and second smoking compartments, is provided to enable smoke to pass into the first cylindrical member, through the fluid and out through the second cylindrical member. The general arrangement of the component parts is such that they are easily dismantled for rapid and efficient cleaning.
