Abstract Article of manufacture comprising a substrate and a flexible polyurethane foam prepared from inert gas frothed mixtures of (1) a polyether polyol end-capped with at least 2 moles of ethylene oxide per OH group, (2) an isocyanate containing prepolymer and (3) a catalyst for urethane formation.
