Abstract

Abstract Synthesis of plynucleotide, wherein a microorganism belonging to the genus Achromobacter is cultivated and then a cultured material such as culture of the microorganism, cells isolated from the culture, or polynucleotide phosphorylase-containing material derived from the cells is caused to contact with at least one nucleoside diphosphate in the presence of one or more kinds of divalent cation.
