Abstract
Abstract Flowable powders having up to 60 percent ethyl alcohol content are prepared by the sorption of the alcohol with bulked, low dextrose equivalent dextrins. The resulting products are stable when hermetically packaged and are particularly qualified as alcoholic beverage forming compositions and flavoring materials.
