Claims Analysis
Total Claims: 9
Claim 1
Independent Claim
19 words
The process of claim 1 in which the hydrocracked lubricating oil is fractionated to remove 80-90% thereof as overhead.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
13 words
The process of claim 1 in which the solvent refining-deasphalting agent is furfural.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim
13 words
The process of claim 1 in which the solvent refining-deasphalting agent is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
30 words
The process of claim 2 in which the overhead fraction is subjected to a solvent refining by contact with a solvent selected from the group consisting of furfural and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
12 words
The process of claim 2 in which the overhead fraction is dewaxed.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim
42 words
The process of claim 1 in which the hydrocracking catalyst comprises a compound of an iron group metal and a compound of a group VI metal on a support comprising a low alkali metal zeolite having uniform pore openings of from 6-15A.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim
47 words
The process of claim 1 in which the hydrocracking catalyst comprises a compound of an iron group metal and a compound of a Group VI metal on a support comprising an amorphous refractory inorganic oxide selected from the group consisting of alumina, silica, magnesia, titania and zirconia.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim
28 words
The process of claim 1 in which the hydrocracked lubricating oil is solvent refined by extracting the aromatics therefrom with a solvent having an affinity for aromatic hydrocarbons.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim
14 words
The process of claim 9 in which the solvent extracted lubricating oil is dewaxed.
