Abstract A METHOD OF PREPARING ORIENTED SYNTHETIC CONTINUOSU MULTIFILAMENT YARNS BY THE COUPLED SPINNING-DRAWING PROCESS, WHICH COMPRISES INTERLACING A BUNDLE OF AS-SPUN SYNTHETIC CONTINUOUS MULTIFILAMENTS SO THAT AN INTERLACING DEGREE OF 0.1-1.2 PER METER OF THE BUNDLE LENGTH IS ATTAINED, AND SUBSEQUENTLY DRAWING THE INTERLACED BUNDLE AT A PRESCRIBED STRETCH RATIO.
