Abstract
Abstract A printed circuit plate excellent in dimensional stability, heat resistance in soldering and adhesion to printed circuit film and having electric properties not inferior to those of the conventional printed circuit plate can be obtained by compression molding a prepreg comprising glass fibers and a thermosetting resin which is filled with 20-70 percent by weight of inorganic powders mainly composed of SiO2, CaCO3, Al2O3, CaO, CaF2, etc. and having a diameter of less than 200 Mu .
