Abstract PHOTOCONDUCTIVE COATING COMPOSITIONS FOR APPLICATION TO SOLID SUBSTRATES WHICH ARE TO BE UTILIZED IN ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS ARE DESCRIBED; THE RESULTANT PHOTOCONDUCTIVE COATINGS COMPRISE A LAYER OF PHOTOCONDUCTIVE PIGMENT PARTICLES BONDED TO THEMSELVES AND TO THE SOLID SUBSTRATE WITH A BINDER COMPRISING A NOVEL INTERPOLYMER, AT LEAST ONE OF WHOSE CONSTITUENT MONOMERS CONTAINS BROMINE. NOVEL BROMINE-CONTAINING MONOMERS ARE ALSO DISCLOSED.
