Abstract
Abstract A liquid dispenser comprising a container having relative rotatable parts, and within the container a cylinder and a piston movable relative to each other and forming a chamber. The cylinder or piston being moved by the relatively rotatable part of the container, and when so moved, filling the chamber with a fluid contained in the container. The fluid is placed under pressure in the chamber and is dispensed from that chamber upon actuation of a valve. There is also a means on the container for locking the valve in inoperative position.
