Abstract A PLASTIC ARTICLE WITH A PARTIALLY ENVELOPED CORE IS MADE BY REMOVABLY ATTACHING THE CORE TO THE BASE OF A MOLD AND EMBEDDING THE CORE IN CURABLE MATERAIL. A SECOND LAYER OF THE MATERIAL MAY BE INTRODUCED AFTER INVERTING THE MOLD. ORIENTABLE MATERIAL MAY BE DISPERSED IN THE CURABLE MATERIAL.
