Abstract
Abstract Apparatus and method of packaging liquids wherein an elongated plastic envelope, sealed at one end, is filled with liquid under predetermined static pressure and a selected liquid-filled portion thereof is then heat-sealed and severed from the remainder of the envelope; the liquid being isolated from the heat-sealing and severing zone during such operations to prevent heating the liquid to boiling or gasifying temperatures.
