Abstract ANODIZED BERYLLIUM COMPONENTS ARE CLEANED AND BAKED AND THEN IMPREGNATED WITH A SUITABLE DIELECTRIC MATERIAL AFTER WHICH THE COMPONENTS ARE CURED FOR SEALING EXISTING POROSITY AND FOR THEREBY IMPROVING DIELECTRIC AND CORROSION RESISTANT PROPERTIES OF THE COMPONENTS.
