Abstract NITRILOTRIACYLTRIIMINO-TRIS-(2,4,6-TRIIODOBENZOIC ACID) COMPOUNDS ARE USEFUL AS X-RAY CONTRAST AGENTS. SOLUTIONS OF THEIR WATER-SOLUBLE SALTS ARE LESS HYPERTONIC THAN CONVENTIONAL AQUEOUS VASOGRAPHIC MEDIA OF EQUIVALENT IODINE CONTENT.
