Abstract
Abstract A semiconductor element comprises a semiconductor body with at least one metal electrode mounted thereon, a conducting layer consisting at least partly of palladium, rhenium or rhodium being provided between the metal electrode and the semiconductor body. A method of manufacturing such a semiconductor element is also disclosed.
