THE SELF-EXTINGUISHING AGENTS USEFUL IN THE INVENTION ARE UNEXPECTEDLY STABLE TO THE HYDROLYTIC CONDITIONS OF IMPREGNATION. VET ARE HIGHLY REACTIVE AS SELF-EXTINGUISHING AGENTS.
