Abstract
Abstract Silicone-polybutadiene resins wherein a siloxy-terminated polybutadiene having vinyl groups on alternate carbon atoms of the diene backbone is condensed by means of functionality on the silicon atoms with a hydroxyl-functional organo-silicon resin, the vinyl groups of the diene being cyclized by means of an organic peroxide catalyst, have utility as protective coatings.
