Abstract The compound 5-amino-3-ethyl-1-(m-fluorophenyl)-4pyrazolecarboxamide and compositions with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are described. The compositions are useful as anti-psychoneurotic agents in warm-blooded animals.
