Abstract A ROOM-TEMPERATURE VULCANIZABLE SILICON RUBBER STOCK IS PREPARED BY ADMIXING AN ESSENTIALLY LINEAR DIORGANOPOLYSILOXANE HAVING REACTIVE END GROUPS, PREFERABLY HYDROXYL END GROUPS, AND AS A CROSSLINKER A MIXTURE OF AN AMINOSILANE AND AN OXIME SUBSTITUTED SILANE. THESE MATERIALS CAN BE STORED IN THE ABSENCE OF MOISTURE AND WILL CURE TO FORM ELASTOMERIC PRODUCTS UPON EXPOSURE TO MOISTURE.
