Abstract METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONDUCTIVE META PATTERNS ON A PREFERABLY INSULATING SUBSTRATE WITH THE AID OF A CURABLE, LIGHT-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LAYER CONTAINING A SEMICONDUCTOR, LIGHT-SENSITIVE OXIDE SUCH AS TIO2. PRIOR TO EXPOSURE THE LAYER IS PARTLY CURED AND THEN SUPERFICIALLY CHEMICALLY ROUGHENED LIGHTLY. AFTER EXPOSURE METAL NUCLEI ARE FORMED BY THE CONTACT WITH A METAL SALT SOLUTION, METAL BEING SUBSEQUENTLY DEPOSITED ON SAID NUCLEI.
