Abstract

Abstract Vinyl chloride compositions having biocidal properties comprise a vinyl chloride resin and a 3-isothiazolone. Preferably the vinyl chloride compositions are formed by blending the vinyl chloride resin with a liquid plasticizer, such as epoxidized soybean oil, containing the 3-isothiazolone.
