Abstract THIS DISCLOSURE RELATES TO AN APPARATUS FOR AND METHOD O MAKING A DECORATIVE LAMINATION IN A CONTINUOUS PROCESS WHEREIN PARTICLES OF DECORATIVE MATERIAL ARE SURROUNDED BY A LIQUID PLASTIC FILM WHICH IS THEN SOLIDIFIED AROUND SUCH PARTICLES TO PROVIDE A SOLID TRANSPARENT SHEET-LIKE MATRIX HAVING THE PARTICLES EMBEDDED THEREWITHIN SO THAT THEY ARE READILY VISIBLE.
