EMULSIFIED AS THE DISPERSED PHASE IN AN AQUEOUS CONTINUOUS PHASE IN TTHE PRESENCE OF AN EMULSIFIER IN AN AMOUNT SUFFICIENT TO YIELD A STABLE EMULLSION, THE COMPOSITION UPON THE RELEASE OF PRESSURE FORMING A FOAM WHICH EXHIBITS A CRACKLING SOUND WHEN SUBJECTED TO SHEAR.
